21st Century Program Specialist

Position Title:
21st Century Program Specialist Reports To:
Program Coordinator (21st Century CCLC) Calendar:
200 days/$20 per hour minimum/$25 per hour maximum/7 hours per day/5 days per week
Summary:
Supports the implementation of after school programs for the 21st Century Community Learning Center grant at all program sites as needed.
Performs Program Coordinator duties at assigned schools oversees, reviews and reports data tracking for all 21st CCLC program sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Essential duties must be performed on site.
Other duties may be assigned.
Support training and professional development of staff; Support site facilitators and program coordinators in their guidance of staff.
Assist with the grant writing process, as needed Provide site-based technical assistance and oversee participation tracking software.
Oversee data tracking and review for such items as attendance, student achievement, and discipline for students in OST programming for required evaluations, site visits.
and documentation Oversee implementation and review of program surveys to teachers, school staff, 21st CCLC staff, community partners, and secondary students.
Other duties as assigned.
Assists in coordination and facilitation of student transportation if needed for participation in district after school programs.
Assist with attendance of all participants at 21st Century Grant program events.
Assists in developing methods of recruitment or student participation in programs.
Assists in coordination and facilitation of nutrition services and student transportation needed for participation in district.
Acts as a liaison with families, after school program staff, and Program Director.
Assist with day to day operations of the 21st Century Grant program at assigned various locations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
