Our growing practice is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment/Financial Coordinator, to join our team in Sand Springs.

Responsibilities:
o Expert in Dental Insurance and Posting Paymentso Be Knowledgeable of Dental Coding and the Insurance Claim Processo Be Able to Interpret Insurance Benefit Informationo Create Treatment Planso Present Treatment Planso Understand and Enforce Financial Policyo Have Strong Scheduling Skillso Be Production Mindedo Understand and Execute Financial Processeso Follow-up with Unscheduled Treatmento Manage and Maintain Patient Communication via Text, Phone, and/or Emailo Understand and Enforce Cancellation Policyo Schedule Management in the Event of Cancellations/Low Productiono Document All Patient Communicationo Manage Referrals and Communication with Specialistso Protect Sensitive Patient Information by Being HIPAA Complianto Answer Phoneso Check Patients In/Outo Receive & Post Payment
Qualifications:
o Excellent Communication Skillso Minimum 1 year Dental experienceo Understanding of production-based schedulingo Very comfortable collecting moneyAbout Company:
